CORE / Partnership

Let’s build the next chapter
of CORE together.

From an NRC-developed solution to a shared, open-source humanitarian asset.

Connected participants and organisations working within a shared network.
A shared humanitarian foundation. The partnership ambition is to make CORE a jointly supported solution rather than a single-organisation asset.

Partnership vision

Move from one owner
to shared stewardship.

The idea is straightforward: build a consortium or open-source-style foundation around CORE so partners can become co-owners of the solution, share direction and sustain the next phase together.

01 / Become a partner — not just a user

Shared ownership for a shared challenge.

We are looking for organisations interested in becoming co-owners of CORE and its future direction. Together, partners could establish an independent consortium, foundation or similar non-profit structure to govern and sustain the solution.

02 / Build on what already exists

Do not start from scratch.

CORE already provides a functioning application and a generic humanitarian operational data model, with participant management, programme and Activity management, Activity Implementation tracking, Forms & Assessments, Referrals, administration, access control and data exchange capabilities.

The real CORE interface shows the existing project and activity structure.

Open source. Shared governance. Shared investment.

Build once · Govern together · Improve together. Partners can pool investment and expertise while collectively shaping the product roadmap, common data model, interoperability and long-term sustainability.

03 / Interested?

Start the conversation.

We are looking for humanitarian organisations, technology partners and funders interested in exploring this model with us. The governance structure is deliberately not predetermined.
